oh yeah! Veggies! The brussels sprouts actually turned out REALLY yummy ... they didn't have that yucky bitterness they seem to when my dad cooks them.
I have not picked a veggie for March ... Potatoes would be fitting for St. Patricks day, but there isn't much mystery surrounding potatoes. Any suggestions?

OOHH!! Cabbage is a great idea! It really goes with the whole Irish theme. I like me a good corned beef and cabbage stew. MMMMmm!!!!
